IWC Policies

The Club's policy on commercial activities

We have received inquiries concerning the Club's policy on commercial activities. We now wish to help clarify the issue for all concerned. According to our Constitution, the purpose of our club is primarily philanthropy, therefore any income brought in under the auspices of IWC must go to charity.

There are however, instances where club members may profit from the network we offer through membership in the IWC. Members may take out advertisements in our monthly bulletin announcing their products and/or activities where these products can be purchased. The member must pay the advertising fee for this ad. Or, any member may advertise a product or activity for free in the Bulletin under the section titled Buy Lines!

If you have any questions or comments on the Club's policy, please feel free to contact Board members. We wish to work together with all members to build an environment of cooperation and understanding within our club and the activities of its members - philanthropic and commercial.

NOTICE REGARDING FLYERS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

In an effort to control the number of flyers and announcements distributed on the luncheon tables, we ask that you check with the vice president BEFORE making any plans to distribute them. Thank you.
